Quality-oriented Manufacturing

1.Sourcing Of The Hair

We select strong, healthy hair that have never been chemically treated. The hair must be Remy Hair, with the same direction from root to tip and intact cuticles.

2.Depigmentation

The processing continues with a careful and delicate depigmentation of the hair. The aim is to bleach the hair while keeping the cuticles intact and respecting the hair structure.

3.Hair Dyeing Process

After depigmentation the wig is coloured-always using delicate products. The hair are divided and dyed in a variety of colors: black, brown, red, blond and all intermediate shades. We also produce Two-tone color, Piano color and Balayage rooted color.

4.Knotting The Hair To The Cap

With a hand-tied cap, every single hair is tied by hand onto materials that are gentle on the skin. Along parts and the front edges of the wig, knots are usually made with single hairs, while in the crown up to eight hairs may be knotted together.

5.Securing The Knots

When the wig is fully ventilated, all the hair is attached, it is removed from the wooden block and mounted wrong-side-out on a soft block made of canvas stuffed with sawdust. The inside surface of the wig is pressed with a heated iron to secure the knots.

6.Styling And Baking

The completed wig is pinned to a soft block for styling. The hair is gently dampened by combing through with a wet comb. Curls are formed as pincurls or on rollers or cotton forms. The wig is covered with a net and dried in a warm oven.

7.Setting The Style

The curls are then unpinned, and the hair is combed and styled. A net is carefully placed over the finished style, and the wig is returned to the oven to set the style.

8.Packing The Wig

When sending wigs from one location to another, proper packing procedures must be observed to ensure that the wigs arrive at its destination in perfect condition.
